What methods of payment do you accept?  For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card – Treasures By The Gram accepts most major charge cards.. You may place your order online using our secure server or over the phone with one of our customer service representatives. Purchases made with credit cards will only be shipped to the address on file, however, exceptions will be made in certain circumstances and extra security checks may be required.

Paypal – You may use your PayPal account to pay for your order. When you choose the option at the shopping cart page, you will be directed to PayPal’s website, where you will need to login to complete the purchase. You will then be redirected to Treasure By The Gram’s order confirmation page to complete the checkout. Treasure By The Gram requires that all orders paid for using PayPal are verified directly through PayPal. If you have questions please contact PayPal directly.

Bank Wire – Treasure By The Gram offers you the opportunity to pay via bank wire transfer and receive an additional 1.5% discount on your order. When adding your product to the shopping cart, select the Bank Wire option and follow the instructions. After you place the order, we will email you instructions to complete the wire transfer. Please note it takes between 2-4 business days to process bank wire transfers, therefore please add extra time for the expected shipping date. Once the transfer has been cleared, we will start manufacturing and ship your order within 7 – 10 business days. 

What if I do not have a Paypal account?   If you’re not already a PayPal member, signing up is easy! To learn more, or to get started, visit PayPal’s website at: www.paypal.com.Once you have joined PayPal, you can send your payment by entering our e-mail address in the “Recipient’s E-Mail” field on the “Send Money” tab of PayPal.  Please make sure you supply us with all the information we’ll need to properly ship your item! Payment must be confirmed.

Can I pay by C.O.D.? Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. payments at this time.

If I pay with PayPal — will you ship to an unconfirmed address?  Sorry, we will not ship to unconfirmed addresses as a general rule.  Please contact us for further details. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address, please visit PayPal’s help center.

Do you ship international?  We do not ship internationally at this time

What happens after I have paid for my item?  Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Since most of our jewelry is made to order, we require 7-10 days business days for manufacturing after receipt of payment. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the tracking number for the package.   In stock items will ship within 2 business days.  If there’s ever a problem with an order, we’ll contact you ASAP.

What shipping methods do you have available?  We ship most of our items via USPS Priority. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?  After your order has been processed and shipped, USPS Priority usually takes 1-3 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.

How much are the shipping fees?  Our standard shipping fees are $14.95 unless otherwise stated.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  If you would like to ship your item insured, please contact us for  additional shipping fees.

Do I have to pay sales tax?  We will charge a sales tax for Massachusetts residents only.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?  No, we do not allow the item to be picked up.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?  If a package arrives damaged, please contact us and hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipment company. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you can contact us for further details.
